In the true spirit of love and compassion that defines the Christmas season, the Keep Watch Movement (KWM), an international prayer movement under the leadership of Prophet Olaniyi Adetifa, put bright smiles on the faces of children at the orphanage home of Sunday Stephen Mariam, located at 14B, Oladipupo Oduwole Street, Ojodu Berger, Lagos State, Nigeria.

The outreach visit, which took place on Monday, 21st December 2025, was part of the movement’s commitment to expressing the love of Christ through practical acts of kindness. During the visit, members of the movement donated gifts and shared moments of joy, laughter, and fellowship with the children, making the festive season memorable for them.

The Keep Watch Movement (KWM) is a global prayer fellowship where believers gather every Wednesday from 11:00pm to 1:00am (Nigeria time) to seek God’s face in prayer. With members spanning across Nigeria, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ghana, and other parts of the world, the movement has been established for over three years. As part of its core values, KWM has consistently demonstrated compassion through yearly visits to orphanage homes, extending love, care, and support to the less privileged.

Speaking through his representative, the convener of the Keep Watch Movement, Prophet Olaniyi Adetifa, rejoiced with the children and encouraged them with words of hope. He reminded them that God has not forgotten them and that they are deeply loved by Him. Emphasizing the message of Christmas, he noted that Christ came into the world as a demonstration of God’s love for humanity, and that same love is extended to every child in the orphanage.
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son…” — John 3:16
He further assured the children that the Keep Watch Movement stands with them in love and prayer, offering heartfelt prayers for their protection, growth, and divine guidance.

In response, the caregivers and management of the orphanage expressed profound gratitude to the Keep Watch Movement for remembering the needy during this festive period. They thanked the movement for its generosity, compassion, and encouragement, while offering prayers for its continued progress and impact.
“Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction…” — James 1:27
They prayed that the movement would continue to grow from strength to strength, declaring that the gates of hell would not prevail against it.

Prophet Olaniyi Adetifa, the convener of the Keep Watch Movement, is also the General Overseer of The Glorious Revival & Solution Tabernacle (TGRST), headquartered in Lagos. He is widely known as a servant of God through whom the Lord has been manifesting signs, wonders, and life-changing testimonies in this generation.
The visit to the orphanage stands as a powerful reminder that the gospel of Christ is not only preached with words but also demonstrated through love, generosity, and service to humanity.
“Let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.” — 1 John 3:18.
