Voluntary information you give us when registering or using the App, including:
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, password, and profile picture.
- Artisan Professional Profile: Trade/skill category, business name, years of experience, certifications, past work portfolios, and hourly or flat rates.
- Payment Information: Financial data (such as bank details or payment gateway tokens) required to process payouts for Artisans or collect payments from Clients.
B. Geo-Location Information
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the application, to provide location-based services:
- For Clients to find nearby Artisans.
- For Artisans to map routes to client jobs and showcase proximity to service areas.
C. Device and Usage Data
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the App, such as your native device ID, operating system, browser type, access times, pages viewed, and the pages you visited before navigating to our App.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected via the App to:
- Create and manage your user or artisan account.
- Match Clients with the most relevant, nearby Artisans.
- Process payments, bookings, and service invoices.
- Facilitate direct communication between Clients and Artisans via in-app chat or calls.
- Send you push notifications regarding booking updates, reviews, and promotional offers.
- Protect against fraud, monitor platform security, and troubleshoot software errors.
3. Disclosure of Your Information
We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:
- Between Clients and Artisans: To fulfill service requests, we share necessary profile details (such as names, skills, ratings, phone numbers, and location) between the interacting parties.
- With Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who perform services for us, including payment processing (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave), hosting, and analytics tools.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or to protect the safety and rights of our users or the public.
