Chief Engr. Ademola Adetifa, the Oluomo Oodua of Yorubaland and Mayegun of Aramoko-Ekiti, is set to make history on Saturday, August 22, 2026, as he is conferred and installed as the first-ever Aare Bashorun of Araromi-Ekiti in Ijero Local Government Area of Ekiti State.
The prestigious traditional ceremony is expected to attract traditional rulers, community leaders, dignitaries, family members, friends and well-wishers from within and outside Ekiti State as Araromi-Ekiti celebrates the creation of a new chieftaincy institution.
The installation marks a significant milestone, not only in Chief Adetifa’s life but also in the traditional history of Araromi-Ekiti, as he becomes the pioneer holder of the Aare Bashorun title in the community.
Chief Adetifa is widely associated with philanthropy, youth empowerment, sports development and community support.
