
The OSCOTECH National Alumni Association has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of the Owamiran of Esa-Oke, His Royal Majesty, Oba Adediran Adeyemi Atipa Owaji II, describing the late monarch as a symbol of peace, wisdom, and purposeful leadership.
According to a condolences message signed by the National President of the Association, Dr. Adewale Afolabi, and made available for the Press, Prodigy Times, by the National Publicity Secretary of the Alumni Association, Mrs. Obalana Eniola, said the sadden news of the monarch’s demise came as a painful shock to members of the alumni body and the entire Esa-Oke community.

The Association noted that the late Royal Father lived a life devoted to the growth, unity, and development of Esa-Oke and the Yoruba race at large. The President, on behalf of the Alumni described Kabiyesi as a father figure whose reign brought remarkable peace, progress, and pride to his kingdom.

“Receiving the news of Kabiyesi’s passing was deeply saddening. He was a father to all and lived a life of dignity, wisdom, and dedicated service to the people of Esa-Oke and Yoruba land. His reign brought peace, development, and pride to his kingdom,” the statement reads.
The OSCOTECH National Alumni Association further commiserated with the Royal Family, the Esa-Oke community, and members of the Owamiran-in-Council over the irreparable loss, praying to God to grant them the strength and fortitude to bear the painful exit of the Revered Monarch.

The Association also prayed for the peaceful repose of the soul of the departed king, while urging the people of Esa-Oke to uphold the values of unity, peace, and communal progress which Kabiyesi represented throughout his lifetime.
