In a remarkable act of philanthropy and community service, Otunba Engr. (Chief) Ademola Adetifa, popularly known as IMOLE (Light), has restored electricity to four communities in Aramoko-Ekiti after over seventeen months of total darkness.
The communities of Amututu, Iwaro, Akindana, and Ijelu had lived without electricity for one year and five months, enduring significant economic and social hardship. Students studied with lanterns and candles, businesses struggled to survive, and residents faced daily challenges associated with prolonged power outages.

Hope returned when Chief Engr. Ademola Adetifa, the Mayegun of Aramoko-Ekiti, Oluomo of Yorubaland, and Otunba Afiwajoye of Igbole-Ekiti, donated and facilitated the installation of a transformer that has now restored electricity to the affected communities.
For the people of Aramoko-Ekiti, this is more than the return of power. It is the return of opportunity, security, economic activity, and renewed hope for a better future.

What makes this intervention even more significant is that it reflects a long-standing commitment to humanitarian service. Based in Canada and operating successfully in the Oil and Gas sector, Chief Adetifa has consistently invested in the welfare of his people and many others across Nigeria.
Over the years, he has empowered indigent families, supported widows, awarded scholarships, distributed educational materials to students, sponsored sporting activities, assisted individuals seeking opportunities abroad, and provided vehicles and motorcycles to deserving beneficiaries. His generosity has touched countless lives and continues to inspire many.

At a time when communities around the world need examples of responsible leadership and selfless service, Chief Ademola Adetifa stands out as a shining example of what one individual can accomplish when compassion is combined with action.
The people of Amututu, Iwaro, Akindana, and Ijelu are grateful. Aramoko-Ekiti is grateful. Indeed, all who believe in community development and humanitarian service have reason to celebrate this achievement.

As electricity shines once again across these communities, it serves as a reminder that true leadership is not measured by titles, but by impact.
To Chief Engr. Ademola Adetifa, IMOLE of Aramoko-Ekiti, thank you for bringing light where there was darkness, hope where there was uncertainty, and progress where there was need.

Your legacy continues to shine.
