IBADAN, NIGERIA — Hon. Adekunle Hafeez Ishola, popularly known as Ojuabere, has distributed school materials to pupils across Ibadan North West and Ibadan South West Federal Constituency as part of his Back-to-School Support Programme held on September 10 and 11, 2026.
The initiative was designed to ease the financial burden on parents and help children resume the new school term with essential learning materials. The programme targeted 300 pupils, with beneficiaries receiving school bags, exercise books, water bottles and pencil sharpeners.

The distribution commenced in Ibadan North West before continuing in Ibadan South West, extending the educational support initiative across both local government areas.
In a message to the pupils, Ojuabere encouraged them to remain disciplined, respect their parents and teachers, study diligently and believe in their potential. He emphasised that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow and pursue a brighter future.

He described education as a foundation for community development, stressing the importance of investing in children as future leaders.
The programme reflects Ojuabere’s stated commitment to educational support and community development as he pursues his ambition to represent Ibadan North West and Ibadan South West Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives under the National Rescue Movement (NRM).

Under the theme “300 Pupils, 300 Brighter Futures,” the initiative underscores the importance of supporting children’s education and helping families prepare for the new academic session.
